The hotel's location is a definite plus; it’s conveniently situated near Dickies Arena, making it easy to attend meetings and events. Upon arrival on a hectic Saturday, I noted the oddly quiet atmosphere, which continued throughout my stay. Despite the emptiness, the lobby was well-kept, although service felt limited due to understaffing. It took over a hour for breakfast service, even though the staff, although few, were courteous and attentive. The room was equipped adequately for my needs. I appreciated the comfortable bed after busy workdays, though I discovered a lack of soap in the shower. Fortunately, I had brought my own, and the housekeeper promptly assisted me with additional supplies upon request. For business travelers, the hotel features a reliable business center and express check-in/out options. The bar/lounge area provided a casual space to unwind after a long day. The Courtyard Hotel serves its purpose effectively, perfect for professionals looking for practicality during their trip.
